Norman Hayes

General manager

Norman Hayes proudly calls Georgia home, while always still paying homage to Maryland where he spent the earlier years of his life - he will never stop being a fan of Washington's professional football team, no matter the name of the team. Norman graduated from Tucker High School in 2011 and continued his education at Harvard University. Due to the value of education and his natural curiosity and willingness to take on challenges, Norman obtained his master's in business administration from Wake Forest University's School of Business after his time at Harvard.

Professionally, Norman has ten strong years of project management and consulting experience in software implementation and entertainment management. He has a commendable reputation showcasing leadership, initiative, organization, dependability, and collaboration skills. Norman also has an eye for innovation and efficiency, continuing to make improvements wherever he identifies opportunities. Norman is strongly passionate about making a larger impact on his family, his friends, and within his community.

When he is not working, Norman spends quality time with his wife, Talia, and two children, Rhodes and Logan, and he loves to fire up the grill for a good meal. Norman shares the same values of faith, service, and excellence that are the essence of the LVL 3 Construction culture, and he takes pride in his role as General Manager.
